Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
Please read these prize draw rules
carefully. If you enter one of our prize draws, we will assume that
you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. To enter a prize draw you must be
18 years old or over and reside within the UK at the time of entry.
2. Prize draws are not open to employees (or members of their
immediate families) of Plant Parts Ltd. 3. No purchase necessary. 4.
Only one entry per person. 5. If you want to enter a prize draw you
may enter via the link to the survey. 6. Sending an e-mail is not
proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be
accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not
received for any reason. 7. The winner will be the entrant who
answers the most questions correctly and whose entry is selected at
random. 8. The closing date is the 30th of March 2012 at 12.00 GMT ,
and Plant Parts reserves the right to amend the prize draw end date
at any time. 9. If you win a prize draw, we will notify you by post
and e-mail. The decision will be final, and no correspondence will
be entered into. 10. You can find out who has won the prize draw by
sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked prize draw to Plant
Parts Ltd, Clifford Finch Way, Crockatt Road, Hadleigh, Suffolk, IP7
6RD, England after the closing date or by sending an email to
comp@plant-parts.com. 11. By entering the prize draw the winner
agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as
Plant Parts may require. 12. The winner of the prize draw will be
randomly selected by a member of the marketing department. 13. The
prize will not be transferable to another person. 14. The prize will
be shipped anywhere within the United Kingdom. 15. The prize will be
a standard UK edition of the iPad 2 with Wi-Fi and will a 16GB model
in Black. If the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the
right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 16.
Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified. 17. This prize
draw is being run by Plant Parts Ltd of Clifford Finch Way, Crockatt
